What is your shipping policy
Shipping is calculated by Australia Post automatically in the checkout once your order is complete and you are ready to pay. It will also estimate an approximate delivery time. Please allow for some delay during Covid restrictions.
What is your returns policy?
Thanks for purchasing our products at Doggy Devoted. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one to the same value. You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, does not fit for the intended purpose or if it is not as pictured on the website. The customer is responsible for the cost of an item’s return, unless there was an error on our behalf. Any product you return must be in a similar condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting. If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to vanessa@doggydevoted.com, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
